As of this week, I'm done with college until the fall. My job aside, I don't have too much to do these days and I'm really looking for some things to watch, read, or play. I was wondering if anyone on this site had anything good to recommend.
So far, I've been playing a lot of Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed and Persona 5, as well as Breath of The Wild. I'm reading a few DC comics as well since, sadly, Marvel comics don't interest me all that much. I have both Netflix and Hulu available. If you guys want to send me any recommendations for movies or shows and even comics/books and games I'm always willing to listen!
If you have a PS Vita (or a PS3) Trails of Cold Steel 1 and 2 were really fun. At the very least, I enjoyed it. I would say it most resembles Persona 5 from your list, as it is a JRPG and is also turn based. The story can be a little cliche at times but overall, it was thoroughly entertaining. If you have a 3DS, maybe try Tales of the Abyss. It's got great, great character development and a kickass story that I think you'll enjoy. It's also a JRPG....that's all I've got for video games, I'm afraid I'm more of a casual player.
If you have Hulu, I would say Seraph of the End is pretty good. It's dark, but funny and has overall engaging characters. I know vampires are a tad played out, but I feel like Seraph makes it work. The first episode is a little hard to get into (for me it was anyway, but maybe not for you.) The manga was better in my overall opinion. Another good, and somewhat underrated manga is Karneval (it has very pretty artwork.) The anime was decent, but I would say the manga stands spades above it. But the animation for the anime is beautiful and most people seem to like the story.
Magi is one of my favorite shows, and both seasons and the spinoff are on netflix. I personally think if you have the time, you should start there. There is also Seven Deadly Sins, which was decent enough and rather enjoyable.
If you want something other than anime, I've also heard some good things about the TV show Gotham, though I haven't personally seen it. Criminal Minds was also on Netflix last time I checked if you want a good crime show.
As for books, I would try Brandon Sanderson's Way of Kings, as it is just a really epic book. It's got a bit of a slow start (in fact, maybe just skip the prologue and then come back to it at the end.) Most of Sanderson's stuff is pretty amazing though. Mistborn is equally good, but a little less...long if Way of Kings intimidates you.
Hopefully I've given you some suggestions you'll like!

Thank you so much for telling me! Since I can't find my PSVita (lost it in the move recently), I guess I'll check out Tales of the Abyss first. I've been meaning to check out the Tales Series for quite sometime now, so I guess it's time to give it a shot.
Same with Seraph! I've heard great things about it so I'll probably end up watching that over the next few days. I've seen Karneval and Magi as well. Magi is actually one of my favorite anime. ;v; I'll also probably catch up on Gotham while I'm at it. I believe I stopped on the second season and I heard it's actually picking up again.
Thank you again for the recommendations ! I'll be sure to check out everything else as well! <3
