So I'm looking for some new anime to watch. I haven't seen many anime outside of the popular ones so I'm looking for more to add to my watch list.
What I have seen are:
Naruto
Naruto Shippuden
Boruto
Attack on Titan
Death Note
Black Butler
and The Ancient Magus' Bride
I've also seen bits of Code Geass
I'd love to hear what anime you suggest and why I should give it a chance. I'd prefer nothing too long. Nothing that's like 1,000+ episodes .

I highly recommend NANA! It's absolutely amazing and it's only 47 episodes long Sadly the manga isn't finished so neither is the anime It's basically a shojo anime and it has lots of drama and romance that will leave you on the edge on your seat and piss you off too XD Please watch it!

It's about two women named Nana who meet and become roommates and best friends despite being complete opposites (Nana O. is a singer in a band and Nana K whose nickname is Hachi is a small-town girl). They end up becoming tangled in a web of love and drama as their lives begin to intertwine with each other and such. It's a huge roller coaster that's for damn sure!
IF you don't mind a dark series, I highly recommend the anime Fate Zero. Its a prequel to the Fate trilogy (Stay night, Unlimited blade works, and Heavens Feel) and is in the same canon as the mobile game Fate Grand Order

*rubs hands together* I've been waiting for this one! TURN IT UP! (I'm v sad TikTok might be banned from the US)
My Hero Academia: If you like normal superheroes things, I highly suggest this because it's just a superhero high school. I personally think all of the characters are interesting, yes some fall into the good old tropes but then there are others who just surprise me. There also is Shoto Todoroki, who essentially is Prince Zuko so if you like that kinda vibe it's worth it as well.
Kimetsu no Yaiba: Ok here me out. There is only like 20 some episodes of this, but more are coming and there is a movie (they had to delay both due to COVID). Firstly, the art style is A1. Like there are certain scenes that are the best animation I have seen ever. Secondly, INOSUKE HASHIBIRA. Literally he is the embodiment of just 100% pure crackhead energy and from the time he is introduced until the end of season 1, I never was disappointed in him as a character. It also was rated best anime of 2019 I believe?
Daily Lives of High School Boys: This is an OG slice of life anime that really is exactly what the title says it is. It's funny and just an overall feel-good anime you watch when you just wanna sit and vibe. Like all of the "intense" scenes almost parody normal animes.
Ouran High School Host Club: This is one of those animes that I recommend everyone to watch if they have never seen it. Even people who don't really like animes, I recommend this one just because it also is just a good anime for the vibes. It is also extremely hilarious and kinda subverts dating sims at times.
Tokyo Ghoul: This is a good horror one in my opinion that isn't just like straight horrific gore (Blood-C I am looking at you). The progression of the characters over the course of the series is also interesting. I will say, Root A isn't really that good. Like you can watch OG Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul Re and be fine.
Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood: This is the longest completed one I am recommending. It is a good combination of dark and action. The Elric brothers are amazing and following them on this journey is something I find myself doing every so often. The rewatchability of this is great in my opinion.
