🌟 Roleplay Partner Wanted! 🌟
Hey there, fellow roleplay enthusiasts! I'm Kate, a 25-year-old roleplayer with over a decade of experience, starting way back on sites like Quizilla and FanFiction.net. I'm all about making roleplay a fun and collaborative experience, and I truly believe it's even better when you can be friends with your roleplay partner.
First things first, I must admit that I tend to get carried away with talking about whatever pops into my head during roleplay discussions. Please don't mistake this for me trying to dominate the conversation. I'm genuinely eager to hear what you have to say and hope you'll feel comfortable sharing your ideas too. So, if I send a bunch of ideas for my side of the roleplay, feel free to dive into your side of things – I'll be all ears!
You might notice that my writing style can come across as a bit poetic or formal. But don't let that fool you; I'm up for a good laugh and enjoy a good joke. My writing style is just that – a style, not a reflection of my personality.
Now, let's get to the nitty-gritty of roleplay rules:
1. **Writing Style**: I prefer writing in the third person and paragraph form, and I hope you do too. First-person narratives can confuse me, and I tend to forget character names when it's used. My bad!
2. **Length**: I'm flexible when it comes to post length. My casual writing can range from 700 to 1500 words, but I'm open to shorter, rapid-fire style roleplays or longer, more in-depth ones.
3. **Limits**: Like most folks, I have my limits. Absolutely no-go areas for me are taboo topics like bestiality and pedophilia. Let's keep it respectful and enjoyable.
4. **Character Strength**: I'm all for teamwork in roleplays, but I don't want my character to seem helpless. If there's action, it's cool for another character to take out a few enemies, but let's make sure my character gets in on the action too.
5. **Logic**: I understand the need for things to make sense, but I can get frustrated when partners overly dissect or pick apart ideas instead of trying to understand them. For instance, in Halo roleplays, I like using an original super soldier character (not a Spartan), and most partners are cool with it. However, occasionally, someone tries to dissect it without really giving it a fair shot.
As for my interests, here are some of the series I'm into:
Marvel Comics/MCU
DC Comics/DCAU
Harry Potter
Haikyuu!!
Hellsing
Resident Evil
My Hero Academy
One Piece
K-On!
Azumanga Daioh
Mass Effect
Pokemon
If any of this sounds like a great fit for you and you're up for some roleplay adventures, send me a message.
